Hi Scott that is interesting....there is no sign of a signal on that frequency on Brian's plot, though the Greek Naval station SXV slightly lower seems to be quite strong. If it had been from Newport

The signal D/F's about 355 / 175....just slightly west of due south from Mayne Island. This puts it smack on the Bremerton /Bangor Washington Naval/submarine base. I had thought it might be from Jim
