Hello Alan, Gary, The harmonic of RTE 252 on 504 kHz has been reported all over Westen Europe on all kind of antennas as does not seem to be an antenna or receiver anomaly. Best regards, Roelof Bakke

Dear all, I guess I can conform this, because in eastern Bavaria I receive the 504 signal using an untuned wire loop followed by a preselector before the receiver. 73 Ha-Jo, DJ1ZB

Hi Gary, the mini-whip is not bad but where you are located it could be the size of the 252 signal is producing some intermod/harmonics. Do you get the same effect on a wire, or passive antenna? I ha
