Hi Jim, Yes it is an Indian station and has been mentioned a few times on the reflector. I think one of our friends down under mentioned it last as audible in VK. Like you I found it by chance. It so

Yes, it is the station reportedly used by India to talk to its submarines 73 Andre' If VTX3 is a callsign according ITU regulations it is from India ... talking about LF DX ! 73, Rik ON7YD
