That should be 19 chars. I spent 3 days trying to decode, but without success. The following carrier measures 16.4 dB in 1 hour and that should give me Eb/N0 around 0.1 dB which has a good chance of

Got that one. Eb/N0 = 1.2dB calculated from 31.3% BER. Measured carrier S/N gives Eb/N0 = 1.2dB also. Constant phase. Decode time 13 seconds. 55% of channel capacity. The S/N corresponds to -53dB in

An easy decode here in Todmorden 762km with Eb/N0 = +2.3 dB, BER 33.2% S/N: 16.86 dB in 32.6 uHz, or -62dB in 2/5kHz audio bandwidth. Constant reference phase. -- Paul Nicholson --
