Looks like the 82 Hz signal received here is not the Russian transmitter, as it did not stop at 21:00. Regards, Edgar Moonah, Tasmania.

The 82Hz carrier is gone, yesterday when i looked at it there was a carrier on 88Hz , and today there is a carrier at 90.2Hz. Spectrograms here: https://klubnl.pl/wpr/en/index.php/2017/05/29/zevs-na-

now the signal went from 90Hz to 92Hz at 8:05 UTC, and disappeared at 8:11 UTC. i've added the spectrogam showing the change at the bottom of the page: https://klubnl.pl/wpr/en/index.php/2017/05/29/z

I don't see these 90Hz and 92Hz signals here this morning, 06:00 to 08:30 UT. Nothing in the range 87.5 to 92.5 Hz. Zevs is strong here, this is yesterday http://abelian.org/vlf/tmp/170529a.png -- Pa

For these I use vtnspec to produce the spectrum data, awk assembles it into a data file and gnuplot does the rest with its pm3d map mode. I attach two scripts, one prepares the spectra and the other
