Got that one. Eb/N0 = 1.2dB calculated from 31.3% BER. Measured carrier S/N gives Eb/N0 = 1.2dB also. Constant phase. Decode time 13 seconds. 55% of channel capacity. The S/N corresponds to -53dB in

You're right. I confirmed this by injecting an artificial carrier into the VLF recording at 8271.0025 at the same average strength as your signal, then running this signal through the same process. T
