Thank you Marco for the fb QSO this morning. Good signal from Torino trespassing the alps. Station here: RX Icom IC756 Pro III as receiver, home made TX with class D PA with 4X IRFP250 and abt. 600W.

Hello Claude very strong this morning. 15uV, Q5 at 100Hz BW. Thank you for the this first QSO. Jeff was also audible with 10uV and also Q5. I was using 1KW into an Inverted L, 55m long, only 12m high

Ref recent discussion on the subject.   I use a class E pa on 500 kcs and never get any trouble. As a general guide use high voltage fets and the fet V should be rated at  about 5 times the supply V
