Output seems to be a bit low to drive a FET PA.
HB9ASB used a small driver (for both 136 & 1472kHZ)  to provide more body.

From  memory,  nothing,  it will give 0dBm from the DRV (transverter)
socket  on  TX.  I "widebanded" mine the day I bought it new, a simple
removal  of  a  zero  Ohm surface mount resistor, but I think that was
just to make it future proof for TX on 5 Mhz.
