The economic reality is that it would be a trouble to sell
them, the company would have to test them and warranty
them and deal with returns and liabilities and insurance,
and so on.    And the space they take up has a value.

So, destined for scrap unless some radio amateurs can find
an honourable and honest use for them.

Supposedly they are in very good condition and said to be
working.

Great, that is the most convenient and least trouble.
They can be collected from the office in Stockport, and
in due course I will bring some to Todmorden where they
can be collected.  I might find an excuse for a camping
trip out Scarborough way, to drop one off at Mal's.

I have to work out what to do about shipping elsewhere.
It's a pity they're not boxed.

Will be interesting to see if they have any use at LF.
Maybe bypass any input stages and go straight to the
driver?    Then you've got a bit of an impedance step-up
to do before the loading coil.
