The residual phase variation was surely from the ant= enna moving in the wind. I haven't been using the automatic tuner, and= also did some manual tweaking near the beginning. Interestingly = Michel's phase trace was a perfect copy of yours.

The exciter and 250 W PA are the same= as in my usual LF setup, except that the feed from the SSB excit= er has been replaced by the TP2 output from the GPS device, connected&= nbsp;through 470 ohm and a piece of coax. The LEA-6T module came = from Hongkong for 27 =E2=82=AC and is very similar to the one describe= d here
