one at 05:30 UTC. The watchdog actually seems to cut off after 33 minu=
tes.=20
Seems it was adjusted for OP32 messages in the past. So probably the l=
ast 30 %=20
of the message is cut.
A higher challenge for those who will try to decode the message.
