I put the spectrogram in 4.5=E2=80=9D x 8=E2=80=9D on 11=E2=80=9D x = 17=E2=80=9D black mat board, and am formatting the spectrum in = 4.5=E2=80=9D x 112=E2=80=9D on 1=E2=80=99 x 8=E2=80=99 = background.
