I= 9;ve just installed 9.11 and am having exactly the same problem with gettin= g audio out.=C2=A0 =C2=A0Either on normal Tx or Tune, no audio is being gen= erated.(Yes, I do have the slider advanced !)

Occasionally on 9.10 I did get audio, but it was random as to whether= would start or not.=C2=A0 So far even that hasn't happened on 9.11

Audio in on Rx is OK

Dear all,

I just uploaded a now beta-release of SlowJT9 (v0.9.11).

Just some bugs fixed:

-=C2=A0Fatal bug that could cause a crash if the soundcard was not found fi= xed.
-=C2=A0Non fatal bug that caused wrong audio frequency limitations for JT9.= EXE fixed.
-=C2=A0Non fatal bug that caused a slight timing error fixed. This maybe gi= ve that extra 0.1dB you need to complete the ultimate DX QSO ;-)

Be aware that due to the bau= drate changes there is NO BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY for JT9-2 and JT9-5 to version prior to 0.9.1= 0.=C2=A0

In other words: JT9-2 and JT9-5 send with v0.9.11=C2=A0cannot be dec= oded with versions v0.9.00 - v0.9.03=C2=A0and vice versa.

The=C2=A0JT9-1=C2=A0mode however is still the same and can be sent=C2=A0= / received with all versions (and is WSJT-X compatible).

The sole purpose of this version is to determine how JT9-2, and = eventually=C2=A0JT9-5, behave=C2=A0in relation to the previous versions, so= we can decide wether SlowJT9 will proceed with the original parameters=C2= =A0(anno 2013)=C2=A0that imply an odd baudrate=C2=A0ratio between the JT9 submodes or my previous parameters, with "round numbe= r" ratios.=C2=A0

Therefore all test reports, remarks, suggestions and opinions=C2= =A0are most welcome.

For the same reason no other changes are=C2=A0applied.

I want to thank everybody who gave feedback, suggestions and bug reports= over the past weeks, this was=C2=A0very much appreciated!

Whoever is interested can download the SlowJT9=C2=A0installation file=C2= =A0at=C2=A0http://472khz.org/SlowJT9/SlowJT9_setup.exe.

For now only a Windows version of=C2=A0SlowJT9=C2=A0is available. But as= the used IDE has cross platform facilities it should be possible to suppor= t other operating systems as well in the future.
