Hi Chris, I don't have any suggestions. With WSPR, Opera and EbNaut sharing the same small band segment, things are a bit tight if you ask me. But I don't live in Europe with the likes of DCF39 to contend with and I am sure there were very good reasons for choosing to put all these modes in the same small segment. :) 137.550 is particularly bad here, but comparing my clear frequencies to WSPRnet spots for the last week sorted by frequency I don't see anywhere for you to go that would help here without stepping on someone. I will never decode you on 550 when that motor speed controller is doing its thing. Its typical run cycle is 4 to 5 minutes every 30 to 40 minutes but during heavy rain events and spring snow melt it can run almost continuous for a few days. As for the new, constant 10-15 Hz wide noise 'hump' hanging around 550-560, I'm hoping it will get tired of the game and move elsewhere. It probably doesn't impair me more than 3 or 4 dB anyway. I don't think it would be advisable for you to move your WSPR operations just for me. I manage to hear you often enough. When we attempt a JT9 QSO we will have to figure out a strategy for avoiding interference. 73, Paul N1BUG
