I have been using a TS590 SG for a few years on 630 metres. The DRV = output=20 delivers sufficient voltage output to drive my MOSFET AMPLIFIER, which = in=20 conjunction with my antenna system gives 5 W erp. The output is very = clean sine=20 wave.
I also find the RX on MF very sensitive. My Mosfet amp is bridge=20 configuration class D
