Hello Andy, Thanks for that, just tried it via Remote Desktop and it appears to open port 6 as requested fine. But at the designated OFF time the whole programme appears to close, is that as expected? I assume prior to that the port changes state back again? How would you suggest controlling an industrial single phase contactor? What I want to be able to do is turn on my huge Farnell H50/60 linear power supply via the mains input at a given time, and shut it down again at a later time. It can draw up to 16 Amps constant with a BIG inrush current, so I guess electro mechanical switch is the cheapest option? Thanks again, and thanks Stefan re the tip to try Spectrum Lab!
