unfortunately none of the 30 character trials could be decoded here. Correl=
ation of the received waveforms against the known message showed that best =
Eb/N0 was -2.9 dB for the 4:00 transmission. All other hours were significa=
ntly further down and had different phases, so that blind stacking wouldn't=
 have helped either.=20
