Hi Paul,

It might be a good idea to give an "idiot's guide" here to EbNaut on VLF to
those here who want to give it a try.

I suspect it is beyond my brain these days (somewhat scrambled since my
stroke in 2013 - things that once were easy I now find quite hard), but
some might appreciate it.

By the way, to everyone who has been at the frontiers recently, many
congratulations.  There has been some seriously impressive work in recent
times.
