What would you consider as "real confirmation" if not his work? >..as web sites seem to contradict the answers Which web sites are you specifically referring to? On mods.dk youi'll find the answer how to open the TX. Make sure you choose your 706 model, because the PCB layouts differ between the first IC-706 and later models (MKx). It's only about removing one or two diodes. 73 Clemens DL4RAJ >-----Original Message----- >From: owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org >[mailto:owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org] On Behalf Of Gary - G4WGT >Sent: Wednesday, December 13, 2017 4:28 PM >To: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org; rsgb_lf_group@yahoogroups.co.uk >Subject: LF: Icom IC-706 Tx on 477kHz > >Hi all, > >I have asked this question early in 2017 & I now hope to find >some real >confirmation as web sites seem to contradict the answers.
