It is an "FT8= frequency" - you should be able to decode with WSJT-X. version 1.8.0 = rc2

I know you aren't using the CAT feature of WSJT-X but if you go t= o the frequency band box and look at the drop-down menu you should see the = preferred frequencies for FT8 for amateur bands from 1.8 - 50 MHz. The lf a= nd mf bands are user choice. Also if you change mode e.g. WSPR, the preferr= ed WSPR frequencies should be shown.
