The signal of 29th can't be far away from a decode. So your stacking tools seems to work well. Now the other Windows users can use it too. RN3AUS would be a candidate, most interesting on that path. I already thought about a new and longer message when Paul has completed the decode. It would require several days then for both of you. A real challenge for the stacking tool! Thank you, that's interesting! The signal of 29th can't be far away from a decode. So your stacking tools seems to work well. Now the other Windows users can use it too. RN3AUS would be a candidate, most interesting on that path.

Hi Stefan,

nothing from 27th and 28th.

Yesterday (29th) QRN was much lower. Unfortunately the DL0AO computer failed shortly before the full EbNaut export would have been completed at 20:27 UT. But we do have the "0331" files, ending at 18:27 after 97% of the sequence duration. But these alone still didn't decode, neither on the EW or W antennas.

However stacking the partial data from 23rd and 29th did help a lot, with a good decode now also from the W cardioid:
________________________
Carrier Eb/N0 (dB, from 97%)

            EW    W
23rd      0.3   nil
29th      nil    nil
both      2.7  1.6

No correct results from the 25th and 26th either. I didn't try more stacking because adding in noisy days seemed to make things worse rather than better. The best decode was the one from the 23rd alone, EW antenna (log attached).

Best 73,
Markus

PS1: Under Win-10, Windows Explorer apparently crashes when trying to show details of a wav file with "zero" nominal samplerate.
PS2: Your receiver on the tree seems to have gone off yesterday night.

Hi Stefan,

no decodes from yesterday Aug, 24, likely due to the much increased QRN already in the afternoon. I also tried to combine 23rd and 24th and still found the correct decode in the list, but with deteriorated SNR.

Well at least the decode has a 0.3 dB higher Eb/N0 and the ref phase is constant now. This is an improvement.
Again it was a very noisy day here. But soon that time will be gone! In a few weeks i don't expect local thunderstorms any more, which is very relevant on that 67 km band.
