I just sent you some more messages to your grabber :-) What about a script that checks the free space of your HDD and deletes the oldest of the saved .vt files when necessary? Now that you can run this software and system stable on LF, what about VLF? You could build up a station as serious as on LF :-) 73, Stefan Am 22.07.2017 12:35, schrieb Domenico IZ7SLZ: > Hello, LF > > Stefan here's your decode at IZ7SLZ: > > Freq.=137.495 kHz : 2017-07-20_21:59:30 +30 s > found rank 0 ber 5.1339e-02 Eb/N0 11.1 M -1.503561646e+03 > [MY STATION SURVIVED THE SAFETY INSPECTION] > ps [ 0 0 0 0 0] > carrier phase: 0.8 deg > carrier Eb/N0: 21.6 dB > carrier Es/N0: 11.79 dB > carrier S/N: 45.29 dB in 446.4 uHz, 11.79 dB in 1Hz, -22.19 dB in 2.5kHz > bits per hour: 375.6 > Shannon capacity: 14430.4% bits/hour > Shannon efficiency: 2.6% > > See also attached the phase and squared spectrum plot. > Seems that transmission has been stopped before the end of EbNaut > sequence. > > Glad that you passed successfully the safety inspection and that you > can continue the experiments from that locations. > > I attach some related posters for the shacks (also for mine) 😁😀. > > > My Auto-EbNaut grabber is again online. Very good reception over that distance. I just sent you some more messages to your grabber :-)
What about a script that checks the free space of your HDD and deletes the oldest of the saved .vt files when necessary?

Now that you can run this software and system stable on LF, what about VLF? You could build up a station as serious as on LF :-)

Hello, LF

Stefan here's  your decode at IZ7SLZ:

See also attached the phase and squared spectrum plot.
Seems that transmission has been stopped before the end of EbNaut sequence.

Glad that you passed successfully the safety inspection and that you can continue the experiments from that locations.

I attach  some related posters for the shacks (also for mine)  😁😀.

My Auto-EbNaut grabber is again online. It was necessary to made a restart due to the storage memory full. Maybe some operators wants to test Ebnaut on LF this weekend ?
There will be some transmissions from me after TX antenna maintenance. I will announce the transmissions later on.

Thanks for the fast decode Riccardo :-)

What happend? A few months ago the institutes director announced a safety inspection for the wohle institute, electricity and so on. I feared that in the worst case this could be the end of my project. But it all worked well! We put quite some effort in improvements here.
The future is never safe, in  that world, you never know how long things will continue. But at least for my radio projects there is some more time now to continue. I already ordered parts for the next VLF/ULF ideas!

Hi LF,

I'd like to send a special message in EbNaut on LF soon:
8K19A, CRC16, 41 characters, 1 sec symbol length starting 22 UTC on 137.495
kHz.

Reports welcome. The message is NO secret :-)
