The problem is the entire user interface (display windows, dialogs, etc) is written with Borland's VCL (visual component library). They promised to make it 'suitable for Linux' many years but didn't manage to get their "Kylix" running properly. It ended up as a completely dead horse, very unfortunately. So converting the GUI for something like Qt (cross-platform GUI) or similar would be an large effort - too much for me. There are several thousand lines of C++ sourcecode lines (most of them Borland VCL descendands) which would need to be almost re-written in Qt or a similar framework. 73, Wolf .
