I fixed a problem with the sferi= c blanker.

Now decodes 'DF6NM' wi= th Eb/N0 =3D +1.0 dB,
carrier 15.53 dB in 390.6 uHz

The 13:42:40 now decodes too, Eb/N0= =3D +1.2dB
carrier 15.79 dB in 390.6 uHz.

Both with constant pha= se.

The overnight message came in at Eb/N0 +1.7dB<= br>and carrier S/N 16.22 dB in 32.6 uHz, constant
reference phase.
