It works usually that way. This nights my f= irst TA openings to WA2XSH/17 in Massachusetts took place as early as 21:48 utc
Normally this starts working at 01utc or later. But t= hat ended last night, were my first TA openings to USA East coast started
at 00:48 utc.
 
No low lattitude spots last night. Amazing conditions= party seems to be ending
