The night before I received 15 messages from NAVTEX Puerto Rico at 518 kHz in three time slots: 23:00, 03:00 and 07:00 UTC. Last night nothing from Puerto Rico showed up, but I found a long message from NAVTEX Miami at 04:00 UTC, also on 518 kHz.
