I have tested a 2-30 MHz 1000H  slug on my Bird 43 on 475 KHz = and he=20 need about 2.2 KW
to read full scale on the meter with clean sine wave signal on 50 = ohm dummy=20 load.
I think that not all the H series slug are identical.
The 2.5 Kw slug does not work on 475 KHz.
