Sub= ject: LF: NO INTERNET

No internet available during last night for several hours. Maybe a Cyber = attack.
Communications via a third party ie Interenet, Satellit= es, Cell Phones etc very vulnerable.
Direct communications is preferable like Amateur Radio and  espec= ially modes like CW / SSB/AM/FM.
I would suggest commercial operators should have a backup system on LF/MF/= HF otherwise in the event of a Big Bang
Destroying the Satellite system which includes GPS navigation there= would be chaos.
Already cyber a= ttacks are  causing concern.
The vulnerability includes Broadcasting services that are dependent on s= atellites and Internet.
It is no= ticeable on HF at present some countries are back on CW and RTTY as back up= , quite active at times on the radio amateur bands especially 5 Mhz.
