Paul has updated the ebnautrx software. In the latest version 0.5 he has replaced a character. Your '<' ist probably a '!' in fact. Just a note. It is not critical :-)

Hi Markus, Domenico, Michel, Stefan, LF.
Many thanks for nice report!

This is the decode of Markus's EbNaut signal at 00z, very strong.
Sorry but NIL from Domenico at the moment.

See you later for the next decodes.

Very nice! Got good decodes from both stations here as well. Symbol Eb/N0 was 10.8 dB for IW4DXW and 6.9 dB for IZ7SLZ for their 19 UT transmissions.

Well now I can't resist joining the feast! A 40 character transmission will be sent from here on 137490.000 Hz in the middle between Domenico and Riccardo, using same parameters (0.5 s symbols, 8K19A, starting every full hour, duration 18min16s).

Now that's three simultaneous EbNauteers side by side - this should make a nice challenge for all potential receivers!

All the best,
Markus (DF6NM)

Hello Riccardo and Domenico,

Thanks for the transmissions in EbNaut. Nice stuff.
I successfully got the messages, see attachment :-)

Hello LF,
Riccardo IW4DXW informs that he also will be QRV EbNaut tonight on 137485.0006 Hz
Message contains 31 characters transmitted at 0.5 s/sym, coding 8K19A, duration 14'40'' each hour starting 19.00Z  till 23.00Z .

Many thanks Markus for the early decoding almost at limit.  Excellent !

Let me specify my tx working conditions: Analog SSB exciter (a vintage SAILOR S1301 exciter) with an external 10 MHz from GPSDO.
Audio tone is generated by sound card using SpectrumLab with samplerate calibration (1pps). Phase modulation is obtatined with a diode-ring  driven by EbNaut-tx via com port.
UT is synchronized by using the same 1pps from Jupiter GPS.
Transmission functions (ptt and pre-carrier) are managed by Spectrum Lab scheduler (always thanks to Wolf for his SL !).

BTW the 51 char. message has been now changed. Furthermore, just for check your "midnight  propagation gap",  i have added four more transmissions until 05.00UT of tomorrow (included).

Also Riccardo IW4DXW has planned some EbNaut transmission tonight. He will inform the group about parameters and schedule soon.
