I don=E2=80=99t have how to RDF but I recorded this today at 14Z (I=E2= =80=99m 23 south / 46=20 west).
 
Does not looks like Beta from Russia (was not detected at Twentee=20 Netherlands SDR).
 
There=E2=80=99s a 2 minute video of the time window 13:57 ... 14:01. I= have a=20 bigger HDSDR IF file recorded (from 13:55 to 14:10 I guess).
