Which kite are you using? Can you show us some photos? Which height above ground, 100m? Aren't there strong winds in IO83? I would have guessed it is no problem to hold it on the sky. It can rather be a big (!) problem to pull it down again when the wind becomes stronger! I remember one of my kite experiments when the wind became stronger in the end. It really was a hard fight to pull it down again, i have been completely down with my force at the end although i used good equipment to pull it down. 73, Stefan
