I can just take (solder!) it from Pin 3, see page 12 on https://www.u-blox.com/sites/default/files/products/documents/NEO-6_DataSheet_%28GPS.G6-HW-09005%29.pdf And on page 15 one can read that the power consumption can go down to 11 mA at 3V which is acceptable.. There are cheaper offers at amazon, 12 EUR the best one (http://www.amazon.de/niceeshop-Aircraft-Flight-Controller-Schwarz/dp/B00S4RLICU/ref=sr_1_2?s=toys&ie=UTF8&qid=1456785498&sr=1-2&keywords=Neo-6m), which i will order now.
