The idea of an inductor to restrict the shoot-through current is new to me and looks great. And the recovery winding over the tuning coil to restrict the load current by taking down its Q is another neat and devious idea. With my push-pull arrangement I might try a recovery winding on the output toroid and a bridge of switching diodes. It works for SMPS so I don't see why it wouldn't help in a PA. -- Paul Nicholson --
