About stability, here I use an home made transverter for = transmiting. I had=20 same problem using a classic Xtal oscillator.
 
After I changed it by a TCXO, and now the stability is good.

There was a signal at 475.802, the level was = ok, but=20 it had a drift of 3
Hertz coming from 475.799. This is way too much = for a=20 successful decode
of WSPR-15. If it was your signal, you have to = work on=20 frequency
stability first.
