I run WSPR on my 706mk2G barefoot, about 20 watts out the back withclearly only a few milliwatts radiated due to the inefficient vertical here at G7NKS. (7m/30m inv L, with marginal earthing) I still get reports out to 1200km plus and at SNRs not dissimilar to yours My record was Lubos @ some 1600km about 3 years ago!
