And each of the tones had exactly the same strength, which may happen by conincidence but it's quite rare. I'm not sure if two equally strong stations overlapping partly wouldn't still get a decode every now an then. At least in WSPR-X they would. Cheers, Wolf . My initial thought, too, but the spacing between the tones was also apparently larger than usual. And each of the tones had exactly the same strength, which may happen by conincidence but it's quite rare.
I'm not sure if two equally strong stations overlapping partly wouldn't still get a decode every now an then. At least in WSPR-X they would.

Hello Wolf,

maybe 2 stations partially overlapping?

currently visible but not decodable on MF.. transmitting on even
minutes, looks like a JT9 signal with double tone spacing.

73,
   Wolf .

p.s. upload problem from wsjt-x seems to be related with running wspr-x
in parallel, and both trying to upload at the same time. Exactly that
was the big difference between HF and MF : Simultanous operation from
the same signal source is only possible on this band.
