hope the transmission can stay 2= 4 hours a day on the air soon=2E
so your analysis may show less phas= e destructions at night hours=2E

Got a goo= d carrier from you

http://abelian=2Eorg/vlf/fbins=2Eshtml#p=3D1448996400&b=3D09= 0&s=3Dsp

and this decoded easily in EbNaut using 10 seco= nd symbols,
eg 8K19A 2 characters,

found rank 7: ** ps [ 2 30= 30 30 30]
re-encode 140/368 ber 3=2E80e-01 Es/N0=3D-13=2E3 Eb/N0=3D= 1=2E6

Carrier decodes as a series of '*' characters which is han= dy
for testing=2E Using the carrier I can try a range of message
= lengths and symbol periods=2E

Using about an hour of carrier fro= m 17:00 I got

8K19A, 8 seconds, 3 chars: Eb/N0=3D-0=2E2
16K21= A, 4 seconds, 3 chars: Eb/N0=3D1=2E0
8K23A, 7 seconds, 4 chars: no d= ecode

I grabbed 3 hours of carrier, 15:00 to 18:00 and played ar= ound
with that but couldn't get a decode from it=2E It's a bad time<= br>of day due to the terminator passage, the phase goes all over
the= place so I'm not too surprised=2E

Tested the carrier 15:00 to 1= 6:00 and got

8K23A, 7 seconds, 4 chars: -0=2E8 dB (BER 38=2E9% r= ank 679)
16K21A, 3=2E4 seconds, 5 chars: -0=2E7 dB (BER 41=2E4% rank= 3200)

I couldn't get anything from the 90 minutes 15:00 to 16:3= 0=2E
