Hi MF,

I have a friend in Mexico which agree to keep a Rx monitor running at = his home

Think would be an interesting monitor for North America stations and a= lso for EU
Note that Mexico district is locat= ed at 2300m heigh over sea level

Don't know which would be the hardware. But I plan to send there a com= plete PC
to remotely access and keep it running 24/7. The idea is to run a WSPR= /Opera/Grabber
monitor. Don't have a receiver yet for this setup. The antenna will be= an E-Probe
If computer power is enought it could be also configured to work as LF= monitor

The QTH is in Mexico district, not= in the DF but few Km away in a residential area
Hope to get low noise there. As there is no Mexican callsign involved a= nd is just Rx
I plan tu run it as CX1/EA5DOM

Don't know if MF or LF is permitted in Mexico as ham bands. There is v= ery limited information
I could find on the subject so far

Any ideas or donations are wellcom= e for the project.
