Did we mention to NOT install WSPR-X in the C:\Programs... directory ? You should try to install it in C:\users\\documents\WSPR_X (or the like). This is one of the directories where a user has the absolute right to write to under Win7. Maybe the UAC played tricks on you. At SDR-IQ your Dial frequency should be 474.200. Is this correct ? There are not too many options left. 73 de dg3lv Tobias Am 18.10.2015 um 21:55 schrieb Martin Evans: > Yes, I'm using USB Stefan, and I tried a timing check program which said > that my soundcard timing was within 55ppm which sounds good enough. > > Traces are all within the 1400 to 1600 Hz band. > > I'm receiving with an SDR-IQ. > > The WSPR-X program is running on a second W7 machine linked to the one > running the SDR-IQ by an audio lead to the line in. > > Chris - set up as close to yours as possible, but no joy! > > The maddening thing about this is that I had it running fine on an old > XP computer some time back, but I keep buying new computers and have to > get things going afresh each time. > > Martin.
