It works and you solved my problem! :-) WSPR time deviation goes from -6.5 to +6.5 seconds. I have always been at +2.8 seconds at best. So there was a range of 3.7 seconds to vary left. I can set it to -2 seconds now and have a range of 8.5 seconds which is high enough for all experiments... 73!
