The earth system was a single earth rod neat the feed point and a aluminium foil mat (0.9m x 20m) and the grass. The loss resistance was about 40 Ohm. It was much effort to arrange all the stuff, to find the resonance and matching. It was a high effort and very time consuming to build up the system. But in the end it was nice and i was happy to see successful radiation of my WSPR signal and at least it was one CW QSO. The QRN was high in the evening. I was sitting in my car calling CQ in CW while others sit arround a nice fire in some distance. Thus is did not call to long... There are a few things to optimise and to prepare for the next time so i can come on air a bit faster. All in all i was surprised by the relatively good efficiency. I just run about 80W in WSPR and 400W in CW... A QSO would have been possible between us but unfortunately we missed each other in that short time where i've been on air... Next time. 73, Stefan Am 04.09.2015 13:42, schrieb Fausto Coletti: > When you think you are operating? > 73, Fausto IK4NMF > > ----- Original Message ----- > *From:* DK7FC > *To:* rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org > > *Sent:* Friday, September 04, 2015 1:26 PM > *Subject:* LF: F/DK7FC > > Hi MF, > > Once again i'll spend the first September weekend in France, > JN29OD96 (http://no.nonsense.ee/qth/map.html?qth=JN29OD96 > ) > > I'll plan to be QRV! Hi MF,

Once again i'll spend the first September weekend in France, JN29OD96 (http://no.nonsense.ee/qth/map.html?qth=JN29OD96)

I'll plan to be QRV! Please watch out for me in CW and WSPR. It will be a small antenna (no kite) but the BIG PA.

Hopefully the WX will be fine.

73, Stefan
