Yesterday i was climbing in a tree in http://no.nonsense.ee/qth/map.html?qth=JN49IK36 Here, i'm hoping to find a even more suitable RX location for my remote station. The distance to the shack is 3.5 km, a new challenge for the WLAN-link. I already searched for better antennas and found a 1.1m long cheap yagi (http://www.brennpunkt-srl.de/eshop/product_info.php?products_id=188). Will the MF/LF/VLF noise floor be even lower there?? At least there is no civilisation/electricity in a radius of > 1000 m! Some images can be found at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/45ccam20tbew7zx/AACEztlBIrz8m-kTOLreVVFpa?dl=0 One is showing a red marker pointing to the shack. It is a very beautiful location, without stress and daily noise (AF noise!) 73, Stefan
