Yes grabber is working ok but not a = trace here yet,=20 propagation must indeed be down. DF2JP http://www.df2jp.dxx.eu/l= wgrabber.html shows=20 a relatively weak and spread out signal on 137777.
 
Northerly Loran traces on 100 kHz have = been weaker=20 than normal and exhibit more irregular skywave variations.
