I've been wondering about that one too= . It seems to be an intentional transmission as the frequency is constant (= 136697.3 Hz), and timing is reproducably 100 s duration and 6 minutes = repetition, starting yesterday 1700. It's about 5 uV/m here and coming in from west or southwest.
