At least for LF i know the kit by JA8SCD which is not much power consuming. This is used by many (!) LF amateurs here, see http://icas.to/e/index.htm. So far there is no 630m version but i can imagine he will release such a model soon (?) :-) The rest can be done in SpecLab!
