I wish that was my signal but unfortunately I'm not on the air.

Thank you for your previous feedback; I am working to add 10dB - 15dB TX
power per your suggestion.

I see (here in northern Virginia) a signal near 8819.9, but my RX frequency
calibration is not reliable, and this signal has been fairly strong and
steady for some time (perhaps a local source), i.e. I'm guessing that it's a
different signal than the one appearing at Forest.
