I was just running 50W TX output. 1W would have been fine as well, i think, but i like to leave traces for any station, those with good ears, those with average ears, those with moderate ears and those with dear ears and those with good ears in a noisy environment. Last week i got a report by F5VGR who told me that he heared me RST 539 in CW with a W3DZZ in just 90 km distance. He was happy to hear a signal for the first time on 630m. I guess with 1W he would have heared nothing. So if he will become a newcomer on MF by this first impression (you may know the LF virus!) it may be partly due to my signal. And that is nice :-) 73, Stefan/DK7FC Am 09.04.2014 23:18, schrieb André Guyé: > Tu Stefan for this nice QSO qrss 3 on MF. > > I was using only 1 W Tx output. > > 73 de Andy. > > -----Message d'origine----- From: DK7FC Sent: Wednesday, April 9, 2014 > 10:18 PM To: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Subject: Re: LF: F6HCC > temporary grabber in Brittany > Hello John, > > Thanks for the grabber!
