I think my lectures about the possible effects of such high radiation on their young son (for whom, the Panasonic Plasma was the child minder) may have had an influence on its early demise. I often timed the period between arrival home of mother and baby, parking the car and the switch on of the TV, around 27 seconds! No amount of filtering reduced the levels, much is radiated by the screen and internal wiring and electronics, the manufacturer had already attempted much suppression. It is amazing that it got past the EMC regulations, (money talks). I think maybe this capture is a better proof that the TV was the source of the QRM. http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd243/radiotalk/panasonic.jpg 73 Eddie On 14/03/2014 09:37, André Guyé wrote: > Hi John, and yes Eddie ! > > Same problem here.
