Your firmware version must go back to the dawn of time, WSPR15 came in with v2.02, v2.01 had some pretty awful keying waveforms, constant carrier on the TX frequency, duff frequency shifts on WSPR2 on frequencies over 10MHz etc.

Current U2 firmware, v2.07 is a silk purse by comparison.
