It's not just an ADC, it's much more to this. You will quickly end up using something like an Raspberry Pi just as the "bridge" in between, and the power budget is exceeded by many 10 dBs... Using one of those 'HiFi-headphones' with digital interface seems to be one of the few options to get it going quickly. Still you may be disappointed if you really need 100 dB of dynamic range. 73, Wolf .
